Job summary

A leading renewable energy firm in Malaysia is looking for a Permitting Coordinator to manage the Right of Way (ROW) application process and oversee the Permit to Work (PTW) applications. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in regulatory approvals, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of local authority processes. The Permitting Coordinator will ensure compliance with all requirements and facilitate project execution. Travel to project sites may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in permitting, regulatory approvals, or project coordination within the renewable energy or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of local authority processes and requirements related to ROW, PTW, and DO applications.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and local authorities as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Right of Way (ROW) application process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely approvals.
• Oversee the Permit to Work (PTW) application and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
