WHAT IS ON OFFER

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a People Graduate to join our team in Johor, Malaysia. This is a perfect start for a graduate looking to develop their people management skills as they relate to an organisation and build a long term career in HR. You will cover the whole employee lifecycle, including but not limited to day‑to‑day HR systems administration, supporting payroll processes, assisting on recruitment from posting jobs to issuing offer letters and contracts, onboarding, carrying out inductions and exit interviews.

Required Work Experience

• Previous experience working with Human Resources is desirable but not essential

Required Qualifications

• Degree (minimum 2:1 or above) in a relevant or transferable subject

Required Languages

• Fluent In English
• Bahasa Melayu is desirable
