  • Talent Acquisition (TA): Attract and hire the best talent while strengthening our employer brand and candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers and Senior TA Business Partner to understand real business needs—not just job descriptions. Build and manage pipelines for experienced hires, graduates, and interns
  • Talent Management & Talent Growth: Develop high-performing employees, support career pathways, manage HRDC reporting and training initiatives, and collaborate with professional bodies such as ACCA, MIA, ISCA, CPA Australia, CTIM, and MAICSA to drive talent development programs and certifications. Coordinate learning & development initiatives, including leadership and capability-building programmes.
