Responsibilities
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration services delivery and excellence
  • Support monthly payroll delivery and drive continuous improvements in the policy and processes
  • Serve as Maker/Checker and validate payroll reports submitted from in-house and external payroll vendor to ensure data and payout accuracy in a timely manner as per monthly payroll calendar
  • Key liaison person for any payroll vendors
  • Main point of contact for all troubleshooting or issue resolutions and dealing with stakeholders (hospital HRs, employees, vendors)
  • Responsible for benefit administrations (data input, updates, liaising with external vendor)
  • HR Reporting & Analytics
  • Generate periodic reports (FTE, budget, payroll summary and cost allocation/ledger, etc) as per standard requirements as scheduled
  • Generate ad-hoc reports and analysis as per required by stakeholders where required especially when it is related to employee sensitive information (e.g. compensation, medical utilisations)
  • Key HR Liaison and other HR Services support
  • Handle highly confidential / sensitive matters related to compensation and benefits at Group level (e.g. issuance of letter, coordinate proposals, updating of records)
  • Serve as key contact person when it comes to dealings with external vendors (contracts, meetings, email communications) for HR
  • Support other HR administration and ongoing projects as and when needed at Group level.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and master data management,
  • Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS platforms (e.g., Orisoft SAP, Workday, or similar).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data analytics tools.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
