This is a full-time position with comprehensive on-the-job training provided.

KL Fertility Centre is a fertility specialist centre providing fertility expertise for over two decades, helping couples across three continents achieve their dreams of having a child.

We are seeking Patient Advisors to provide exceptional care and support to our patients throughout their fertility journey at KL Fertility Centre. This role will involve explaining available treatment options, addressing patient concerns, overseeing international patient care, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Job Description

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients undergoing or about to start treatment.
• Provide personalized advice based on specialist recommendations.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with patients and staff, to address patient feedback and concerns promptly.
• Document and monitor patient progress through consistent communication.
• Assist in the overall documentation process of patient's notes, results and treatment outcomes.
• Contribute to the Centre's quality management system and accreditation/audit processes.

• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in fertility treatment, is a plus but not required.
