The Partnership Specialist supports the Enterprise Business by operationalizing the partnership strategy and managing the day-to-day ecosystem of technology and solution partners. The role exists to strengthen collaboration between Maxis and its partners, ensuring each relationship delivers measurable commercial and capability value. This position contributes directly to the division’s growth by optimizing partner value, funding, and engagement efficiency across all business lines.

What are you accountable for?

Develop and maintain the Enterprise Partner Ecosystem
Build and manage an ecosystem of hyperscalers, distributors, ISVs, SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, and infrastructure partners that drive Enterprise business growth. Continuously evaluate and onboard new partners to fill capability gaps and align with strategic priorities.

Execute consistent engagement practices across business units to strengthen partner collaboration and value realization. Achieve measurable outcomes in partner readiness, go-to-market activities, and commercial contribution through clear governance and tracking.

Manage strategic technology partnerships and optimize partner value
Support alliances with hyperscalers and key technology partners to maintain tier status, funding eligibility, and performance targets. Track rebates, incentives, and certifications to maximize partner returns and ensure structured commercial reporting.

Support partner integration and enablement
Collaborate with business teams to integrate partner technologies into Maxis offerings and ensure readiness for commercialization. Deliver enablement activities and onboarding within planned timelines to accelerate time-to-market.

Strengthen ecosystem visibility and advocacy
Support ecosystem branding and thought-leadership initiatives with Marketing and Corporate Communications. Contribute to showcases and co-branded activities that reinforce Maxis’s position as a trusted enterprise partner.

Report and track partnership performance metrics
Maintain dashboards and reports on partner engagement, ecosystem performance, and partnership outcomes. Provide monthly updates highlighting progress, risks, and improvement actions.

Ensure partnership governance and compliance
Advise and provide proactive guidance to business units on partnership structures, contract models, and risk alignment with Maxis governance policies.

What do you need to have for the role?

Formal Education

  • Specialized in: At least one of Marketing, IT, Telecommunications, Business, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • Total Work Experience: 8 -10 years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or ecosystem management, ideally within ICT, Cloud, or Enterprise Technology environments.
  • Strong exposure to ISVs, SaaS, AI, and Cybersecurity partners, with an understanding of how these ecosystems interconnect with telco and enterprise business.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting partnerships with hyperscalers, distributors, and technology startups, from onboarding to joint go-to-market execution.
  • Familiarity with partner program structures (rebates, MDF, certification, tiering) and how they contribute to commercial and capability outcomes.
  • Proven ability to navigate technology ecosystems — understanding market trends, new technologies, and emerging business models.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, Procurement, and Sales teams to operationalize partner-led initiatives.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with ability to translate complex partnership structures into clear actions.
