A leading fintech company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Partnership Manager / BD Operations Manager to establish partnerships and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in business development or affiliate marketing, demonstrated success with KOLs and communities, and strong negotiation skills. Responsibilities include designing partnership models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing key performance metrics. Proficiency in English is essential, and attendance at events for networking is expected.

Establish and tier a target list (including top KOLs, communities, traffic studios, and Brokers/IBs) to generate a stable, ongoing pipeline.
Design and iterate partnership models (e.g., CPA/CPFTD, Revenue Share, Hybrid, tiered rebates based on trading volume/net deposit/retention) and define clear risk control terms (addressing fraud, fake volume, and abnormal traffic).
Collaborate to build partner operation mechanisms, including monthly campaigns, content calendars, creative and landing page support, and events/AMAs/livestreams/offline meetups.
Track core metrics: FTD/Deposits, Trading Volume, NGR/Net Revenue, CAC, ROI, Retention, Channel Quality. Produce weekly/monthly reports with optimization recommendations.
Work closely with Marketing/Brand/Content, Product, Legal & Compliance, Finance/Settlement, and Customer Service/Operations teams.
3–7 years of experience in BD, Channel Growth, Affiliate Marketing, or KOL partnerships, preferably within industries such as exchanges, brokers/CFDs, fintech, traffic networks/MCNs, or trading communities.
Verifiable track record: Demonstrated success in onboarding KOLs/communities/IBs, with clear metrics on acquired active users, net deposits, trading volume, or revenue.
Familiarity with partnership models and key metrics: CPA/RevShare/Hybrid, LTV/CAC, funnel and retention analysis; understands basic attribution and tracking.
Strong negotiation skills and contract awareness: Ability to draft Term Sheets and negotiate "budget-based" agreements into "results-driven" partnerships.
Results-oriented, resilient under pressure, willing to attend offline events/conferences for networking. Proficient in English for work (critical for managing cross-regional partners).
Experience in managing a Broker Program or a high-quality Affiliate network (common in trading/iGaming/Fintech sectors).
Familiarity with common fraud tactics and anti-fraud measures (e.g., fake volume, arbitrage accounts, low-quality traffic).
Existing resources or network in key regions (e.g., LATAM, EMEA, SEA, CIS) and proficiency in local languages.
