People Systems Consultancy (PSC) is a leading regional organisation turning underserved communities into bankable, income-generating micro-entreprises across Southeast Asia. We are looking for a Partnership Associate who thrives in relationship-building, deal-making, and ecosystem development with banks, fintechs, insurers, and corporates to unlock new customer segments while delivering measurable social and economic outcomes.

About the Job

As a Partnership Associate, you are a front-line growth driver for PSC. You will identify, secure, and manage partners that bring products or services from funding, financial products, digital tools, and business solutions into our ecosystem, directly improving the income, resilience, and financial inclusion of tens of thousands of micro-entrepreneurs across Southeast Asia. You will be both a relationship builder and a commercial closer, working across markets in Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full ecosystem partnership lifecycle, including sourcing and engaging ecosystem partners across banking, fintech, insurance, healthcare, e-commerce, digital solutions, and SME services in Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close partnerships that drive revenue, product adoption, and ecosystem growth.
  • Work with project, marketing, and technology teams to onboard and activate partner solutions for beneficiaries.
  • Collaborate with partners on collaterals and communications to achieve mutually agreed targets for referrals and other metrics.
  • Develop and deploy partner collaterals and campaigns to drive referrals and user conversions.
  • Support tech integration so partner offerings are visible, usable, and commercially effective in PSC platforms.
  • Track partner performance, conversions, and revenue.
  • Continuously map new ecosystem trends and partnership opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (any relevant field)
  • 1-2 years of experience in partnerships, consulting, business development, or related fields
  • Strong communication, pitching, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently, move fast, and close loops
  • Commercial mindset with interest in fintech, inclusion, and impact-driven business
  • Solid analytical and follow-up discipline
  • Own transport and laptop
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and other basic design tools
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
