A leading technology firm is seeking a Channel Manager based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you will develop and manage partner marketing activity plans and expand commercial market channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in the renewable energy industry, particularly in Data Center Facilities and Smart PV. Successful candidates must possess strong communication and partnership skills, along with a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners to achieve business goals.
Develop and manage partner marketing activity plans, support partner precision marketing activities.
Expand commercial market channels, maintain channel relationships, be responsible for channel satisfaction, assist channels in expanding commercial market customers, and undertake commercial sales target tasks.
Understand and implement channel strategies and regional business strategies, gain insights into business opportunities and channel ecology, formulate regional market channel development strategies and effectively implement them.
Cooperate with business development team to help achieve sales goals, channel sales and performance target.
Build and maintain a healthy channel ecosystem in the responsible industry or regional market.
Integrate channel marketing resources to help channel partners effectively achieve Huawei's goals and achieve a win‑win situation.
Responsible to coordinate sell out, inventory and purchase management, demand forecast of every account.
Have a working experience as Channel manager/Account Manager and market development experience in renewable energy (Data Center Facilities and Smart PV) industry will be prior.
Bachelor degree or above in related field.
Recognize the value of cooperation with partners, and have relevant work experience in channel and partner development, management, and operation is preferred.
Adaptative with multi‑cultural environment, ability to learn and understand technical products and principle quickly.
Understand the company's business and have some experience in integrated project sales.
Have basic knowledge of channel marketing and sales and be able to view cooperation from a third‑party perspective and promote the implementation of cooperation.
Communication and coordination skills: Have the foundation of market expansion and customer interface communication, have the ability to connect with middle and high‑level partners and build good cooperative relationships with partners, and have good understanding, expression, communication and coordination, and resource integration capabilities.
Partnership Understanding and construction capabilities: Able to understand the connotation of enterprise business integration, platform and ecosystem, and be able to help partners build Huawei products and solutions from the perspective of partner operations, from pre‑sales, sales, after‑sales, branding, etc.
