We are seeking warm, attentive, and customer-focused part-time associates to support our cheongsam pop-up retail space. You will help customers find the perfect fitting cheongsam, assist with styling, manage daily store operations, and uphold the brand’s elegant and culturally inspired image. Salary will be based on experience and there will also be commissions.

Job Requirements

• Assist customers with fitting, provide size recommendations, and offer styling tips.
• Create a welcoming, confident shopping experience—especially for customers new to cheongsam wearing.
• Suggest suitable styles based on customers’ body types and occasions.
• Achieve daily sales targets

Store Operations

• Assist in daily opening and closing routines.
• Operate POS system accurately for payments.
• Maintain fitting rooms—ensure cleanliness, provide clips, help customers with zippers/buttons.
• Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Arrange cheongsams neatly.
• Support visual merchandising updates according to brand guidelines.
• Keep mannequins and garment racks tidy and presentable.

Inventory & Stock Handling

• Keep track of best-selling sizes and report low-stock items.
• Assist with stock take before, during, and after the pop-up.
