Responsibility

Handle customer inquiries and tutor matching

  • Respond to parents, students and tutors via phone, WhatsApp and email, using Al chat assistants to answer common questions quickly and professionally.
  • Review Al-generated summaries of customer needs to match students with suitable tutors and follow up on trial lessons and class confirmations.

Operate and monitor platform and Al workflows

  • Create and update tutoring cases in the system, working with Al automation to process inquiry routing, bookings and schedule changes, reducing manual data entry.
  • Monitor Al responses for accuracy, take over complex cases when needed and provide feedback to improve automated workflows.

Manage customer relationships and data insights

  • Use Al tools to organize and analyze feedback from parents and tutors, proactively follow up on lesson quality and propose service improvements.
  • Help collect and structure WhatsApp and website conversation data to support marketing and remarketing campaigns, increasing conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
