As an English Teacher at Bright, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons for students of all ages, based on the syllabus and their learning needs.
Design interactive and age-appropriate classroom activities that make learning dynamic and enjoyable.
Review students’ work regularly, provide constructive feedback, and monitor progress.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages communication and confidence.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share teaching materials and strategies.
Participate in school events and cultural activities that enhance the learning experience.
We’re seeking educators who are passionate, adaptable, and committed to helping students succeed. You should be:
Fluent: Native or near-native English proficiency (nationality not limited; clear and standard pronunciation required).
Qualified: Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification strongly valued).
Experienced: Prior teaching experience with children, teens, or adults is preferred.
Creative & Dynamic: Able to make lessons interactive, fun, and memorable.
Culturally Adaptive: Comfortable working with diverse learners in a multicultural environment.
Professional: Strong communication, classroom management, and teamwork skills.
Dedicated: A genuine passion for teaching and a sense of responsibility toward student growth.
Available: Must be ready to kick off this exciting journey from January 5th 2026.
