The Kids Livestream Specialist is responsible for hosting and executing livestream sessions focused on kids apparel and toys, engaging both children and parents while driving sales conversion. This role requires a cheerful, patient, and responsible individual who can present products in a fun, safe, and trustworthy manner, ensuring content is suitable for kids and trusted by parents.

Responsibilities

1. Livestream Hosting & Sales

• Host daily or scheduled livestream sessions for kids apparel and toys.
• Present product features clearly, including:
  • Size, material, safety, age suitability, and usage
  • Engage audiences through games, Q&A, and interactive selling.
  • Drive sales through effective call-to-action, bundles, and promotions.

2. Kids-Friendly Content Presentation

• Ensure livestream content is age-appropriate, positive, and safe.
• Communicate in a way that appeals to parents’ trust and kids’ interest.
• Demonstrate toys and apparel responsibly (no misleading or unsafe usage).

3. Product Knowledge & Preparation

• Understand full product details including:
  • Fabric, sizing, washing care (apparel)
  • Safety, functions, and educational value (toys)
  • Prepare livestream scripts, talking points, and show flow.
  • Coordinate with operations team on stock, pricing, and promotions.

4. Audience Interaction & Community Building

• Interact with viewers professionally and warmly.
• Answer customer questions regarding:
  • Product quality
  • Delivery
  • Exchange & return policies
• Build long-term customer trust and repeat viewership.

5. Performance Tracking & Improvement

• Review livestream performance (viewers, engagement, sales).
• Suggest improvements for content, presentation style, and selling approach.
• Participate in training and rehearsal sessions when required.
