In this role you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following types of work:

• Drafting legal notices;
• Drafting cause papers from the commencement of civil action until the enforcement of judgment;
• Monitoring progress of files, maintaining and updating status reports;
• Maintaining and updating calendar entry for case managements, hearings, trial.

Job requirements

• Candidates will ideally have a law degree but other suitably qualified candidates will also be considered.
• Possess knowledge in legal proceedings in relation to hire-purchase is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Remuneration

The firm has a standard salary scale based on experience. Special packages can be negotiated for experienced candidates who are seeking flexible work arrangements.
