Job summary

A local engineering firm in Selangor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor specializing in civil and mechanical projects within the palm oil industries. Responsibilities include preparing bills of quantities, managing materials, coordinating project activities, and controlling costs. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Plant or Engineering workshop.
  • Experience in Palm Oil Mill Costing Works preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) for machinery foundation and building structures.
  • List materials for civil works and building structures.
  • Prepare work orders and progress claims.
  • Attend project site matters and coordinate production.
  • Control project costs and report.
