Job Responsibilities

Kitchens of The World Holdings Sdn Bhd – Alor Gajah, Melaka

Assist the team in preparation work including but not limited to preparing carton boxes for packing, preparing plastic bags and other materials.

User of automated slicer to slice the loaves and set aside for packing.

Pack the buns and breads into the respective packaging bags as instructed and as per our standard requirements.

Wrap the pallets after it has been filled and push into freezer with another team member in a safe manner.

Washing of baking trays and other utensils as instructed or as required.

Ensure compliance of food safety and personal hygiene, including proper attire (mask, hairnet etc).
