Key Responsibilities
  • Enjoy full flexibility in managing your working hours and work location, as long as they align with the Director calendar, schedule, and travel plans.
  • Support frequent business travel, mainly within Southeast Asia, as the company operates actively across multiple countries.
  • Manage and organize the Director calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, and occasional personal errands.
  • Take dictation, prepare meeting minutes, and draft various correspondences.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and complete urgent matters within tight deadlines.
  • Communicate professionally with all levels of management, staff, and clients.
  • Arrange and coordinate appointments for VIP visitors.
  • Handle business calls, messages, and information with tact and professionalism.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all tasks and sensitive information.
  • Perform multitasking and undertake any additional ad‑hoc duties assigned by management.
