Job summary

Job description
A.I.M.S.ADJUSTERS SDN.BHD. – Kota Bharu, Kelantan
Responsibilities
  • Manage and access Own Damage (OD) claims including investigation, liability assessment, and damage evaluation.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and collaborate with surveyors, repair workshops, legal professionals, and other partners as required.
  • Analyze documentation, evidence, and reports to determine the extent of damage or loss.
  • Prepare detailed, accurate, and unbiased loss adjustment reports.
  • Interview claimants, witnesses, and relevant parties to gather information.
  • Review insurance policy terms to determine coverage and liability.
  • Negotiate settlements between insurers and claimants.
  • Provide expert advice on risk mitigation and claims prevention.
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma in Insurance, Risk Management or any related field.
  • Having experience in TPBI will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in loss adjusting or claims management.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in report writing and use of claims/adjustment systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site visits.
