Hiring Supervisor for The Soybean Factory's outlets (Kepong, Connaught, Setapak etc)

Job Requirement

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of supervisor experience in the F&B or retail industry.
• Prior experience in managing a small team and handling outlet operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interaction.
• Able to handle customer complaints professionally and calmly.
• Ability to create staff rosters, delegate tasks, and ensure shift coverage.
• Target-driven with basic upselling and customer service skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibility

• Champion and achieve monthly sales targets by actively strategizing promotions, and leading the team in delivering impactful customer experiences.
• Elevate average transactions count and bill size by cultivating a sales-driven culture, motivating team members, and implementing effective upselling tactics.
• Maintain optimal stock levels while ensuring Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) stays within the Company’s set benchmark. Proactively monitor usage, avoid wastage, and ensure zero stockout scenarios.
• Uphold operational accuracy by minimizing wrong orders. Keep Customer Service, Grab, and Google Reviews free of order-related complaints.
• Lead effective manpower planning by ensuring each shift is well-staffed to meet operational demands, reduce burnout, and maintain excellent customer service levels.
• Ensure completion of staff training as verified by quality control team. Conduct ongoing mentoring, coaching, and SOP refreshers to empower team growth and skill enhancement.
• Keep minimal customer complaint levels across all review platforms (Google, FP, Grab, ShopeeFood, CXP) every month. Resolve issues swiftly and turn feedback into actionable improvement.
• Actively encourage and collect positive customer reviews. Additional incentives will be granted for verified glowing review.
• Ensure outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety meet or exceed standards in all audits. Achieve high scores on internal QC hygiene checks and eliminate any food safety violations.
• Enforce strict adherence to all operational SOPs. Ensure the team is audit-ready at all times, with daily checklists completed without fail.
