Qualifications

• At least 1 year working experience in a Frozen Yogurt brand.
• Supervising experience of 1 year is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee duties of Outlet Service Crew and Senior Service Crew.
• Take charge of outlet performance and lead the team.
• Ensure compliance with operational efficiency and hygiene standards.
• Maintain documentation accuracy related to Halal requirements.
• Assist crew in resolving operational discrepancies.
• Coordinate production and stock counts across outlets.
