Role Overview

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Ensure timely processing of orders and accurate data entry into business systems.
• Review incoming orders—both commercial and technical—according to established guidelines.
• Check specification sheet requirements against manufacturer technical specifications and product bulletins to confirm suitability of selected products.
• Verify compatibility of customer‑required options with selected product models.
• Coordinate with Sales offices, factories, and internal stakeholders to resolve order‑related issues.
• Ensure all special instructions and attachments are correctly addressed.
• Create and update product structures based on construction requirements.
• Submit requests for engineering support and creation of new part numbers.
• Validate pricing for special product constructions.
• Respond promptly to order enquiries.
• Serve as product detailing coordinator for large project orders.
• Support new process improvements and software initiatives implemented within Order Management.
• Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Perform overtime when required to manage workload or order backlog.
• Undertake other tasks aligned with company goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.

• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of control valves is preferred.
