Operations Support Officer (Customer Service)
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team at TRANSPAK SPECIALIZED PACKAGING SDN. BHD. in Kulali, Johor. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
What you’ll be doing
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues they may have
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow‑up actions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experiences
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and make recommendations for enhancement
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
- Ensure sales orders from customers are promptly processed and play an integral role in the coordination process with internal departments, keeping customers updated on the delivery status
- Engage in CS activities, CSR / Billing Clerk / SCC DO Assistant responsibilities
- Liaise with production on datelines to fulfill customers’ requirement
- Attend to customer enquiries politely and professionally
- Plan, prepare and devise work schedule according to budgets and workloads (e.g., AR Closing date, Customer’s request beyond profit and etc.)
- Ensure timely updates of customer databases and files/correspondences are properly maintained
- Communicate with other departments and Management to resolve problems and expedite work (example: Production / Purchasing / Finance Department)
- Device and implement ways to enhance process workflow & customer experience
- Maintain an efficient processing system within the territory/sales team
- Able to support the superior’s administrative work
- Assist in ISO 9001 documentation from time to time
- Understand the requirements for a QMS, including documented information, planning and determining process interactions
- Any other task assigned from time to time

- Proven experience in a customer service or client‑facing role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues
- Proficient in using customer service software and technological tools
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs
