Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to achieve production targets and company goals.
• Organize workflows and ensure team members clearly understand their tasks.
• Monitor employee productivity, safety, and adherence to work standards.
• Supervise production activities, promoting efficiency and minimizing waste.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment calibration to ensure reliability.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines.
• Oversee timely resolution of customer complaints related to operations.
