Operations & Marketing Executive (eMarketplace & Marketing)- 1 Year Contract
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Operations & Marketing Coordinator to support our eMarketplace operations, renewal of service contracts, and marketing operations in APAC. This role combines vendor and contract administration, online marketplace management, and hands-on marketing operations support to ensure smooth day-to-day execution and timely delivery of initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create, update new vendor for total business (marketing and operation) across assigned EMarketplace channels (e.g., marketplace platforms relevant to the business).
- Process marketing Emarket place and 4PL invoices and distributor rebate, handle Emarketplace enquiries; coordinate with 4PL and external vendor for invoice validation.
- Maintain proper record for all 3rd party purchase vendor through Market place.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to obtain required approvals for quote and agreement, manage service contract pricing.
- Maintain a centralized register of service contracts tracking for APAC AIC status.
- Work with sales team and engineer to ensure contracts are filed and stored according to company policy and compliance requirements.
- Deal with CQ for GDPMS for engineering complain and compliance matter and RA for software compliance requirement.
- Support logistic arrangement include tracking of shipment, maintaining inventory for spare parts.
- Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, local activations) including asset collection, scheduling, and publishing support.
- Support creation and maintenance of marketing collateral libraries and channel calendars.
- Assist with event logistics and local field activations as needed.
- Pull campaign performance data and prepare basic summaries and post-campaign reports.
- 10-20% time to provide ad-hoc support to total business administrative matters.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years’ experience in operations, marketplace management, procurement, or marketing operations — ideally in a B2C or retail environment for APAC.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of marketplace platforms.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and common marketing / CRM tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Preferred
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (SEM, social ads, email marketing).
- Experience with contract management tools or procurement systems.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment.
