About the role

As Operations Manager at AGGREGATE PI BIZ MANAGEMENT', you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the efficient and effective operations of the organisation. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for optimising processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuring the seamless day-to-day running of the business. This is a full-time position based in Johor.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives
• Overseeing and coordinating various functional departments to ensure smooth cross-departmental collaboration
• Analysing operational data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Managing and leading a team of operational staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
• Collaborating with the senior management team to identify and address operational challenges
• Continuously seeking ways to optimise efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall operational performance

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience: 5+ years of proven experience in a similar operations management role, preferably within the General/Business Unit Manager industry
• Operational expertise: Thorough understanding of operational processes, KPIs, and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Leadership skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate responsibilities, and foster a collaborative work environment
• Problem-solving and decision-making: Adept at identifying and resolving operational issues, and making well-informed decisions under pressure

• Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
