Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across café outlets to ensure smooth execution and brand consistency
• Read, analyze, and manage P&L, food cost, labour cost, and operating expenses
• Drive outlet performance, productivity, and service standards
• Work closely with HR on manpower planning, rostering, recruitment, and training
• Ensure compliance with halal, food safety, and regulatory requirements
• Coach and develop outlet managers and supervisors

Requirements

• 5–7 years of F&B operations experience (modern café preferred)
• Strong understanding of P&L and costing
• Proven leadership and people management skills
