Job summary

A local tech company located near MRT Station Surian/IOJ Mall Damansara is looking for a full-time non-executive to assist in customer service and operations. Key responsibilities include managing office supplies, troubleshooting customer issues, and coordinating with technicians. Candidates must have at least an SPM or Diploma, 1 year of relevant experience, and be willing to learn new technologies. The role requires a customer-oriented mindset and organizational skills. Salary is between RM 2,500 to RM 3,500 per month.

Qualifications

  • 1 year experience in admin, CS or Operations.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • May require after-hours or weekend support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, records, and filing.
  • Assist and troubleshoot customer’s issues for all merchants.
  • Attend and respond to customer’s inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp & email.
