Job description

Levels is a fast-growing furniture tech company that designs and builds custom furniture faster than anyone else in Singapore. As we expand, we’re looking for an Operations Associate to join our young and growing team.

You will be based in our branch in Johor Bahru. Our headquarters is in Singapore, and there will be opportunities to travel back and forth between our Singapore and Malaysia locations.

Job scope

• Operating and troubleshooting our production line (CNC machine, drilling machine, edgebanding machine).
• Manage the entire design-to-production pipeline from sales handover to factory-ready drawings.
• Translate design concepts into production-ready documents (drawings, specs, cutlists).
• Identify recurring design or production errors and build systems/SOPs to reduce them.
• Work with the factory team to refine design details based on real production constraints.
• Assist with stock counts, loading/unloading, and other warehouse duties as assigned.

• Ability to communicate well in English.
• Understand CNC workflow, cutlists, or manufacturing constraints.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or furniture assembly.
• Knowledge of tools, fittings, and assembly methods for furniture.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple business functions in a fast-paced environment.
