Operations Administrator (Gelang Patah, Johor)

We supply Rental, Sales, Service, Training and Spare Part for Telescopic Boom Lift, Articulating Boom Lift, Electric Boom Lift, Diesel Boom Lift, Electric Scissor Lift, Hydraulic Scissor Lift, Rough Terrain Scissor Lift and Vertical Lift.

Due to business expansion, we are currently recruiting an Operations Administrator in Johor Branch: PTD 200458, Mukim Pulai Daerah, 81550 Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Ta'zim, Malaysia. (Nearby Gelang Patah)

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the daily operational functions of our Company in Johor and Singapore to ensure smooth workflow across all departments. Involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with Company policies and operational standards. Acts as a key link between management, staff, and vendors, providing organizational support to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity within the operations department.

Job Qualifications and Requirement

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative or operations support roles (experience in a similar industry is an advantage).

Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin language proficiency is a plus). We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with business software/tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).

Professional, positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Proactive, resourceful, and reliable in handling tasks.

Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced and changing work environments.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm
