Job description
Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring daily tasks for Operation Coordinators and Translators to support smooth workflow and timely execution.
  • Support communication between Operations and Marketing departments by gathering information and responding to requests through official channels.
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports as instructed by Management.
  • Help coordinate duty schedules, task briefings, and meetings for Operation Coordinators and Translators.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Executives and Senior Executives to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as required by Management.
Job Requirements
  • Possess SPM qualification or above.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (prior experience is an added advantage).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken) is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Willing to learn, fast learner, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Able to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
