Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor in ensuring operations meet requirements.
• Guide team members on processes, tools, and jigs.
• Lead improvement action activities.
• Understand and handle abnormalities during operation.
• Instruct team on quality requirements.
• Maintain 5S standards in operation.
• Comply with company regulations and report abnormalities.
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure safety mode is maintained with complete PPE.

• To understand and handle abnormalities during operation.
• To instruct and make sure operation members understand all quality requirements.
• To maintain 5S always in place in operation.
• To comply company rules and regulations and report for any abnormalities.
• To perform any task, provided by supervisor from time to time.
• To ensure operation always in safety mode with complete PPE.
