Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning, scheduling, and optimization of the company's computing resources (Graphic processing unit, Central Processing Unit, storage, etc.) to ensure the efficient utilization of computing resources.
• Conduct computing demand forecasting, capacity planning, and design resource allocation solutions to support the rapid business growth.
• Perform operation monitoring and analysis on computing clusters, data centers, and cloud platform resources, and propose optimization solutions.
• Participate in computing resource cost analysis, budget management, and procurement recommendations to improve the overall resource utilization rate.
• Collaborate with R&D, operation and maintenance, and product teams to formulate computing scheduling strategies, operation standards, and usage processes.
• Participate in the evaluation of new technologies and architectures to provide decision support for the expansion and upgrading of computing resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related majors.
• More than 3 years of experience in computing resource management, data center operation, cloud computing, or large-scale cluster scheduling.
• Familiar with Linux operating system (operating system used on servers), proficient in script programming (Python (programming language), Shell (command interface), etc.); experience in automated operation and maintenance is preferred.
• Familiar with scheduling, performance analysis, and optimization methods for Graphic Processing Unit, Central Processing Unit, storage, and network resources.
• Possess good data analysis capabilities and be able to drive resource planning and decision-making through data.
• Have strong communication and collaboration skills, and be able to coordinate computing resource requirements across teams and vendors.
• Familiar with the industry ecosystem, advantages, and disadvantages of domestic and foreign intelligent computing product vendors.
• Have experience in computing operation, FinOps, and cluster (group of connected server) resource monitoring, and be able to independently complete operation reports.
