Job Description:
Develop comprehensive takeaway strategies tailored for various platforms to maximize sales and brand visibility.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the takeaway sector.
Monitor and analyze performance data from delivery platforms to track sales trends, customer preferences, and operational efficiency.
Utilize data insights to make informed recommendations for strategy adjustments and enhancements.
Implement initiatives aimed at increasing takeaway sales across all stores in Malaysia, setting specific targets and metrics for success.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that boost visibility and encourage customer engagement.
Act as the primary point of contact for major delivery platforms, including GRAB, FOODPANDA, and SHOPEE, ensuring strong partnerships and smooth operations.
Negotiate terms and conditions with delivery platforms to optimize service delivery and commission structures.
Provide training and support to store managers in executing takeaway strategies, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall business objectives.
Develop tailored takeaway strategies for each store, considering local market dynamics and customer preferences.
Assist store teams with the registration and setup of takeaway accounts on various delivery platforms, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted accurately.
Facilitate ongoing support to ensure accounts are maintained and optimized for performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1 years of experience in operating online food delivery platforms (Preferred)
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or operations within the food and beverage industry, particularly in takeaway or delivery services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Required language(s): English and Mandarin (Due to nature of business)
