Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and maintain consistency for all outlets.
  • Ensure compliance of company SOP, policies and procedures by outlets.
  • Implement, organize and conduct audits to ensure the highest level of customer service and QA at outlets.
  • Be responsible for new product development and implementation.
  • Ensure effective management, training and development for all team members employed in the service outlet.
  • Assist outlets in technical support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist new franchise outlet openings to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in day‑to‑day operation and company events when needed.
  • Assist in Halal application and audit planning.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Science (Food Science and Technology, Tourism).
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • General industry experience: 1 to 2 years; ability to work closely with and support team members.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to meet timelines given to complete tasks.
  • Fresh graduates with the relevant background and prior experience will also be considered.
