Job summary

A company in the lighting industry is seeking a proactive sales support team member in Subang Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will assist customers with quotations, specifications, and technical inquiries while collaborating closely with the Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum diploma, proficiency in Mandarin and English, and preferably 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer support. Job description

We are looking for a proactive team member in our Subang Jaya, Selangor office. In this full-time position, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction. Support sales & customers with quotations, specs & inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Sales team to drive product and solution sales.

Prepare quotations, assist in pricing requests, spec sheet creation & assist in technical matching

Match products to customer needs with support from internal team

Coordinate closely with Technical Sales Support on deliveries, after-sales, and lead times

Maintain accurate CRM records and order documentation

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins with professionalism and warmth.

Track project timelines and follow up on outstanding items

Support sales activities including tender submissions and key account follow-ups

Assist with general administrative duties as required.

Requirements3>

Minimum Diploma or equivalent (Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred)

Must be proficient in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (verbal & written)

Preferably 1–2 years of experience in sales support, trading, or customer service (fresh grad with internship experience may also apply)

Able to understand technical products and translate into customer quotations/specs

Organised, responsible, and a proactive team player.

Familiar with Microsoft Excel and quotation tools

Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline

Comfortable working in a growing SME environment
