ASAS FOOD SDN BHD' is seeking an exceptional Operation Executive to join our dynamic team in Rawang, Selangor. This full-time role is crucial in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing and logistics functions, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of our products to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inbound/outbound operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards within the warehouse.
• Implement and improve operational processes and procedures to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse transactions, including shipping, receiving, and stock adjustments.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring performance standards are met.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed and ensure equipment is maintained.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain process.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations (fresh graduates may be considered). With experience is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Familiar with warehouse safety protocols and best practices.
• Problem-solving skills in inventory discrepancies and layout optimization.
