Job description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong time-management skills, a positive attitude, and effective communication abilities.

In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Director and Sales Team to manage daily operations related to our Kuala Lumpur warehouse, including inventory control, delivery coordination, and goods receiving. This position requires hands‑on involvement and occasional travel within Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with and support all Sales Representatives across Malaysia
• Manage, organize, and maintain accurate stock records in the KL warehouse
• Coordinate and perform delivery of goods to clients
• Receive and inspect goods from suppliers and ensure proper storage
• Assist with installation of machines upon delivery to customers
• Arrange and support machine deliveries nationwide
• Any other tasks that assigned from the management
• Travel within Malaysia as required for delivery and operational support
