A retail store in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a motivated individual to handle sales orders and customer inquiries. Responsibilities include preparing sales orders/invoices, ensuring stock accuracy, and recommending products to customers. The ideal candidate is friendly, self-motivated, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. Fresh graduates with a diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply. Prepare Sales Order/Invoice for orders received daily.
Explain, provide appropriate recommendation to customers.
Ensure stock accuracy.
Comply with company policies and standard operation procedures.
To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Friendly, self-motivated, confident and sales driven.
High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
Basic administration skills.
Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
