Responsibilities
  • Regularly monitor operational matters and staff arrangement for Childhood outlets.
  • To manage and supervise outlet staff efficiently, monitor stock level and usage.
  • Perform store audit by assessing, reviewing store operation and, retail compliance.
  • Manage and ensure compliance of outlets SOP. Review the guideline and provide recommendation to Management when necessary.
  • Develop policies for the merchandising of goods and marketing activities in retail store.
  • Periodically visit to outlets to ensure efficient and effective management as well as high performance sales.
  • Monitor store licenses and all staff records.
  • Provide training to retail staffs to develop their skills and enhance their job performance.
  • Prepare monthly closing report.
