Operation Admin (6 Months Contract) (Fresh Grads Welcome)

You will be responsible for operational tasks that support the smooth management of the entire restaurant floor. This role serves as a bridge between on‑site operations and back‑office functions, including store support, document preparation, and promotional material creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs and monitor restaurant floor conditions.
  • Manage business hours, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Manage shared spaces (seating areas, aisles, etc.).
  • Communicate and coordinate with store staff and restaurant owners.
  • Share and enforce operational and facility rules.
  • Handle initial responses to issues and incidents (equipment malfunctions, customer complaints, etc.).
  • Coordinate compliance matters for restaurants handling alcohol and pork products.
  • Perform data entry and data aggregation.
  • Support employees with assigned tasks and follow instructions.
  • Create POP materials and posters.
  • Produce and update content for digital signage.
  • Provide operational support during campaigns and fairs.
  • Assist with on‑site operations during peak hours.
  • Prepare and support operations for events and fairs.
Requirements
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum education level: SPM or equivalent.
  • Willingness to work on a shift basis (Monday to Sunday with 2 off days; 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM).
Preferred Experience
  • Working experience in the retail or restaurant industry.
