Qualifications

  • Diploma in Food Technology, Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of EHSQ standards, GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to adapt to change and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar systems and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with EHSQ and Food Safety management systems.
  • Promote safe practices and support hazard identification.
  • Support environmental initiatives and apply environmentally safe processes.
  • Assist in staff development, including onboarding and training.
  • Manage operating costs and support cost control measures.
  • Support production operations and ensure adherence to SOPs.
  • Contribute to project activities and continuous improvement.
  • Handle administrative tasks and manage corrective actions.
  • Maintain compliance with temporary operating instructions.
