Overview

We’re looking for an online Marketing Manager to take charge of our online presence and help grow our brand across multiple platforms.

What will You Do
  • Maintain Online Sales Platforms: TikTok, Facebook, Instagram
  • Post products online
  • Answer customers' inquiries
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement
  • Create and manage high‑quality content (posts, reels, videos, campaigns) tailored to each platform
  • Oversee day‑to‑day management of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Run paid advertising campaigns and track performance metrics
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build online community relationships
  • Monitor trends, analyze insights, and report on campaign results
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to deliver impactful campaigns
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–3 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools
  • Skilled in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut)
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills
  • Creative, proactive, and results‑driven personality
  • Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing, SEO, or e‑commerce
