Responsibilities

• Vendor invoice processing, review and verify for accuracy.
• Vendor payment processing according to payment schedules.
• Reconciliation of vendor statements.
• Resolve discrepancies and disputes with vendor.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounts payable records.
• Assist in performing bank reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end closing activities relating to accounts payable.
• Support audit requirements by providing relevant documents and schedules.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Min. 1–2 years of working experience in accounting or finance.
• Basic understanding of accounts payable processes.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
