Responsibilities
  • Serve food and beverages to employees at the office pantry
  • Prepare, arrange, and display food items at the counter or buffet line
  • Ensure the pantry area is kept clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times
  • Perform basic food preparation duties such as warming, plating, and simple food prep
  • Assist with stock checking, replenishment, and proper storage of pantry items
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
  • Handle payment collection or manage internal ordering systems when required
  • Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to employees
  • Assist with pantry setup and clearance during peak hours, meetings, or company events
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Secondary School education; Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an added advantage
  • Prior experience in food service, cafeteria, or office pantry operations will be an advantage
  • Able to communicate in basic English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
