We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Administration Manager to lead and oversee the Group’s administrative operations, warehouse and inventory management, facilities, SOP compliance, and safety standards.
This is a hands‑on leadership role suited for an accountable leader who takes ownership of outcomes and delivers results in a fast‑moving operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily administrative and office operations across the Group.
- Supervise and monitor administrative, warehouse, maintenance, and outsourced service teams.
- Oversee warehouse and inventory management, including stock control, movements, documentation, and periodic stock takes.
- Manage office facilities, company properties, vehicles, equipment, and maintenance arrangements.
- Handle procurement activities, including vendors, quotations, negotiations, budgets, licenses, insurance, and renewals.
- Develop, implement, review, and enforce administrative, warehouse, and inventory SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements, working with internal safety teams and relevant authorities.
- Prepare management reports on costs, vendors, inventory status, risks, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate office upgrading, renovation, and space planning, ensuring cost control and minimal operational disruption.
- Take full ownership and accountability for assigned operations and ensure timely execution, including during peak periods.
- Provide leadership support beyond standard office hours when operationally required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Administration, Operations, Logistics, Facilities Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant working experience.
- Proven experience in leading teams and enforcing operational standards.
- Strong planning and leadership capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong process thinking, with the ability to design, improve, and enforce structured workflows and SOPs.
- Hands‑on, accountable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams, vendors, and management.
- Comfortable working in a demanding operational environment with clear accountability for outcomes.
