  • Able to conduct briefings, meetings, and training sessions clearly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations including staffing, facility maintenance, and supplies
  • Develop and enforce policies & procedures to ensure quality care
  • Manage budget and financial resources efficiently
  • Supervise and mentor nursing and caregiving staff
  • Ensure continuous compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Foster strong relationships with residents and their families
  • Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Diploma in Nursing (or higher)
  • Diploma in Health Management or relevant healthcare qualification preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in a nursing home, long-term care facility or any healthcare institute
  • Leadership experience
  • Knowledge budget management capability
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to conduct briefings, meetings, and training sessions clearly
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both spoken and written. (additional languages is an added advantage.)
