• Responsible for publishing, daily operations, and fan maintenance of the company’s short-form content on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
• Develop account growth strategies to increase exposure, engagement, and fan conversion rates.
• Plan short-form drama release schedules and trending topic communications based on content hotspots and platform trends.
• Track data metrics (views, retention, conversion) to optimize content performance.
• Assist the production team in re‑creating promotional materials, including behind‑the‑scenes content, posters, and character short videos.
• Research changes in platform policies and algorithms, and provide timely operational recommendations.
• Assist in cross‑departmental and business collaborations, connecting with KOLs, media, and brand resources.
