Overview
The Network & Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing regional operational performance, driving market development initiatives, and ensuring seamless coordination between front-line operations and strategic market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team across assigned regions to achieve operational and market-related KPIs.
- Recruit, train, and manage network marketing and operational staff to support business expansion and daily execution.
- Provide guidance that aligns with HQ’s operational standards and management practices.
- Plan and execute market development strategies in line with company goals and regional priorities.
- Collaborate with HQ marketing and network teams to ensure strategies are culturally and operationally aligned.
- Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and regional competition to support strategic planning and network expansion.
Operational Guidance & Service Improvement
- Provide operational guidance on courier service improvements, including handling delayed parcels, improving delivery timelines, and maintaining service quality.
- Monitor and optimize transportation and delivery arrangements to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Network Expansion & Resource Planning
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for new service points or regional hubs.
- Provide forecasts and financial assessments to support investment decisions.
- Ensure expansion projects align with HQ’s business model and operational framework.
Performance Monitoring & Insights
- Develop tools and reports for ongoing performance monitoring and market evaluation.
- Propose and implement solutions based on industry insights, competitor activities, and customer expectations.
- Regularly present findings and recommendations to both local and HQ leadership in Mandarin.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, express delivery, supply chain, or related industries, with exposure to regional operations, network development, or market expansion.
- Proven experience in team leadership and people management, preferably across multiple regions.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
- Results-driven, highly execution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities across regions.
- Willingness to travel frequently as required by the role.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
