Job description

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with hands‑on experience in SD‑WAN technologies and network security platforms. The ideal candidate has practical exposure to Cisco Viptela SD‑WAN, Palo Alto solutions, and strong foundational network knowledge. This role involves supporting network operations, implementing configurations, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring stable and secure connectivity across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and maintain SD‑WAN templates, policy configuration, and deployment.
• Support, operate, and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls, Prisma Access, and Panorama for centralized security management.
• Perform network operations tasks including switch and router configuration, ACL creation and review, network monitoring and troubleshooting, performance tuning and incident resolution.
• Assist in implementing network enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to support infrastructure projects and security initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures.

Qualification Requirements

• Experience with Cisco Viptela SD‑WAN, including vManage operations, SD‑WAN templates, and policy configuration (or equivalent SD‑WAN platforms).
• Experience with Palo Alto Networks, including Firewall operations, Prisma Access, and Panorama Portal.
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals: switching, routing, ACLs, IP addressing, VPN, and basic troubleshooting methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise network maintenance and issue resolution.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, PCNSE, or equivalent) are a strong plus.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
