Job description

Provide post‑sales implementation and technical support for networking and cyber security solutions such as Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, F5, Huawei, etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver low‑level design for network architecture.
• Deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN) using routers, firewalls, switches, access points and other network devices.
• Execute customer projects that require analysis of situations and full understanding of the solution being implemented.
• Provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support and escalation of network related issues during and outside business hours.
• Show strong ownership attitude and track record of taking responsibility for problems and driving resolution through to completion.
• Take responsibility for any technical action item during meetings and presentations and work with vendors to resolve related issues.
• Conduct on‑site proof of concept activities and follow up with user acceptance test.
• Maintain routine standby for after‑office hour and weekend work.
• Occasionally station at customer premises to provide proactive support services.

Requirements

• Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• Experience in Cisco routing and switching, firewalls, load balancer and related network technologies.
• Cisco CCNA or CCNP or equivalent certification.
• Willingness to work in Klang Valley area and travel nationwide.
• Min 3‑5 years of experience providing implementation and support services of networking and cyber security solutions to customers.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management skill and ability to deal with tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Team player with strong analytical skills and positive work attitude.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Required Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) is an advantage.
• Any certification such as CISSP, F5 Certified Administrator is a plus point.
